Partner Program Terms of Use

Aeterna may approve or decline any application. You must provide accurate contact information and keep the social profiles you submit current while you participate.

After approval, Aeterna provides a custom partner link and referral code. Either may attribute a qualifying order. A qualifying order is a paid order for Aeterna research materials from an unrelated buyer that is not cancelled or placed through your own link or code. Its commission remains pending through the 30-day hold in Section 5. Between links, the most recent click receives credit. When a code and link conflict, the code receives credit.

A click on a partner link creates a referral cookie that lasts 90 days and resets when the buyer clicks another partner link. The site cookie notice governs consent to this tracking where consent is required. A referral remains attributed for 12 months from the first attributed order.

Commission starts at 10% of the qualifying US order subtotal after discounts and before shipping and tax. Your rate depends on paid commission from US orders placed in the preceding 12 months. It rises to 20% at $5,000 in paid commission and to 25% at $15,000. Above $30,000, it rises to 30%. A new rate applies to future qualifying US orders after the threshold is reached. Because the calculation uses a rolling 12-month period, your rate may also fall when older orders leave that period. Self-referrals and orders from your household or business do not qualify.

A commission clears 30 days after the order. A chargeback or reshipment credit during that hold reverses the related pending commission. Cleared commissions pay on the 15th of the following month once your payable balance reaches $50. You must complete the tax documentation requested for your account before the 1st payout.

Use only factual product, documentation and shipping statements supplied or approved by Aeterna. Place a clear disclosure beside each recommendation, link or code: "I earn a commission on qualifying orders placed with this link or code." You are responsible for the content you publish and for following the rules of every platform you use.

Do not make outcome, benefit, dosing, administration, human-use or animal-use claims. Do not use testimonials, disease or condition claims, coded product names, paid search on Aeterna’s name, coupon sites, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automated traffic, unapproved codes or sub-affiliates. Aeterna may suspend or end an account immediately for a breach of this section and may withhold unpaid commission tied to that breach.

Aeterna grants you a limited, revocable permission to use its approved name, link, code and creative materials only to promote the program under these Terms. Do not disclose nonpublic program information, customer information, payout data or account access. Nothing creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint venture relationship. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your taxes, reporting and business expenses.

Either party may end this Agreement with 30 days’ notice. Aeterna may end it immediately for prohibited promotion, fraud, material misrepresentation, platform abuse or conduct that risks the program. If the program closes, Aeterna pays cleared commission on the next scheduled payout date.

Wyoming law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Aeterna may change program terms with 30 days’ notice, and no change reduces commission already earned.
