Partner Application Privacy Framework

This framework explains how Aeterna Lab LLC handles information submitted through aetaffiliate.com for the Aeterna BioLab Partner Program.

Information you submit

The application asks for your name, email address and the content profiles or channels you plan to use. We also record your acceptance of the partner terms and this privacy framework, including the submission time and the version of the terms you accepted.

Application review and account emails

Aeterna uses this information to review your application and administer your affiliate account. A successful submission creates your account and a pending application in the Aeterna BioLab WordPress and AffiliateWP system. BioLab sends the application and account emails through its existing email system.

We use your email address as your account and payment contact address. Applying does not subscribe you to promotional emails or publish your profile on this website.

Session cookies and security records

This website uses an essential session cookie to protect the application form and remember a successful submission. The server also records requests and limits repeated attempts to protect the service. The application website runs no advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Hosting, security and email service providers process information needed to operate these services. Application information and account records remain in BioLab's systems, where access is limited to account administration and program operations.

Retention and requests

We retain application and account records to administer the program and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact research@aeternabiolab.com to ask about your application information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to remain to meet legal obligations.
